Sue Ellis An exceptional executive coach and a leadership trainer, passionate about helping others grow through self-awareness and understanding others. She designs and delivers leadership programs and runs workshops on effective communication and resilience, focusing on emotional management. Sue works one-on-one or in small groups to tackle challenges and inspire fresh thinking. She is an accredited executive, team, and career coach, a certified EI facilitator (JCA), and trained as an assessor for Cappfinity Strengths Profiles. 30+ years at the BBC.

Jane Kinghorn

Jane Kinghorn is an executive coach and trainer who transforms individuals into inspiring leaders through confident, influential communication. With a BBC journalism background and senior leadership experience, Jane now specialises in Leadership Development Programs, helping leaders “be themselves more—but with skill.” She combines her expertise to enhance leaders’ presence and impact, recently coaching a divisional leader to a CEO role at a global FTSE 100 engineering firm.

With over 25 years of experience in the creative industry, Shaun has played a pivotal role in driving design, innovation, and creativity for global organisations while working with leading London brand agencies. Today, Shaun focuses on supporting organisations in fostering transformative change through creativity and collaboration. As a facilitator, he guides teams in navigating their most pressing challenges using creative techniques, resulting in innovative solutions and tangible outcomes.
