My most notable achievements

I co-led the BBC’s culture change program, enhancing employee experience and driving organisational development. I coached over 100 change agents through the BBC’s most transformative shift, earning industry recognition at the 2024 Change Awards. 

Head of Change leading the BBC’s largest transformation and capital investment project, which converted the historic 1930s headquarters into a state-of-the-art digital production hub in Central London, securing its digital future. This decade-long project was completed successfully and recognised with an APM Award in 2013.

Guided the strategic vision and translation efforts for two BBC Director Generals, overseeing the design and implementation of leadership development programme for 7,000 leaders to 29,000 staff. Managed key relationships with the BBC's partners, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration. Delivered optimal returns on a £9m investment, achieving award-winning recognition for an innovative blended learning solution award in September 2005.
